Three personality assessment tools offer insights into leadership style and effectiveness. A 360-degree feedback questionnaire provides information from colleagues, supervisors and direct reports offering a comprehensive view of strengths and growth opportunities.
A one-on-one three-hour consultation with a professional feedback coach analyzes themes revealed by assessment information, identifies strategies to address these, and assists with goal setting for future development.
Research on executives identifies feedback for development as one of three essential success factors. Peer coaching provides an opportunity to practice giving and receiving feedback, learn how others see your behavior and improve interpersonal relationships.
